The artist handed out plastic bags with inscription in several different languages to the foreign tourists who stopped at the toll-houses stops.

This artistic action addresses issues of ecology and tourism in a country that has been ravaged by recent military conflicts in the region and also by the economic problems in the period of transition from the state economy to one dictated by the market. It is a "pilot project", proposal for the next touristic season.

"Andreja Kuluncic project "Enjoy the Beach" is a specific questioning the consequences of enjoyment, and it considers the impossibilities and narrow limits of a personal "ecological" behavior, and the collective responsibility. The global problem of wast collecting and disposal in a local context is marked by a sharp dishar mony between insufficiently developed infrastructure and limited natural capacities. Growing heaps of garbage dumped in nature are the obvious other side of consumerism. Therefore, the action of Andreja Kuluncic is an ironic statement and a reminder to what we know but are constantly forgetting: 'Garbage that we pick up and dispose to a legitimate place is a step toward the solution of the problem.'"
