In the year 2003 we had prepared the first International debate academy, that took place in October at the Student dormitory DIC in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Every thing should start small, so we started with 30 participants, students from Slovenia, and some debaters from Slovakia, Czech Republic and Germany.
Head trainer was Alfred C. Snider aka Tuna from University of Vermont, USA, and he had help from the Slovenian trainers Mateja Peter, Beti Hohler, Anja Serc and Bojana Skrt.

We invited also people, that didn`t had any debate experience to join in and discover the gread debate world and some of them are still debating
