Between  the  26  and 27 of may the italian police arrested 5 activists
and  broke  into  the  houses  of  more  than  100  in the course of an
investigation,  requiring  the  obscuration of the website of the Croce
Nera  Anarchica  (the  italian  Anarchist Black Cross) and the block of
it's   mailinglist,   on   behalf  of  special  anti-terrorist  laws.  

It  is  a  violent  application of extraordinary measures against young
anarchists,  threated  as terrorists for their criticism to capitalism:
in fact there are no proofs for the charges they are facing, just phone
interceptions of their private discussions and their public activity in
running the CroceNera publications. Despite it's only an investigation,
their  identities  have  been widely disclosed on national paper and TV
press,  fingerpointing  them as terrorists with names, photos, date and
place     of    birth    and    full    address    of    residence.    

This  way  of proceeding is absolutely anomalous respect to basic civil
rights,  but  in  Italy  the  anarchists  became the number 1 terrorist
enemies  and  on  behalf of that thousands of activists are arbitrarily
imprisoned       on       behalf      of      the      article      270
