In
the 1980's
Zemira Alajbegovic and
Neven
Korda were a part of the independent theatre group FV 112/15, from which
the sub-cultural FV Disco emerged. Later on they also established the independent
music and video production FV Label. They were members of the band Borghesia.
In 1998 they established the institute for artistic and cultural production
ZANK.
Their works have been shown
at Slovene and international film and video festivals, at which they received
numerous awards. Especially their short films have been shown on national and
other television stations across Europe and USA.
Zemira
Alajbegovic is a director, scriptwriter and journalist. She graduated
from the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana. She is the authoress of short
films, documentaries and television programmes in the field of art and culture.
Neven Korda
is a video artist. He works also as a video editor, realizer, author of TV images,
head of the video post-production, etc. He directs short, documentary films.
Zank
is an institute for cultural and artistic production.
