On 24 May, the people of Celje were greeted by large posters on advertising boards in the town centre and along two main roads. Photos accompanied by quotes showed children from the recent past captured in completely unaffected poses. The quotes included such things as: "We have no generation conflict", "We are proud of our history" and so on, which during the socialist era were launched as catch-phrases at the celebration of the Day of Youth.
