SPLOŠNI NAPOTKI ZA PRIPRAVO ŠTUDIJA V TUJINI
Pred odhodom na študij v tujini se dobro pripravi in zberi čim več informacij:
 
-    Pozanimaj se o univerzah in o njihovih programih. Razmisli, kaj si želiš in izberi tisto univerzo, kjer program študija najbolj ustreza tvojim zanimanjem.

-    Zberi podatke o postopku prijave in o rokih za prijavo. Na večino univerz se je treba prijaviti kar nekaj mesecev prej, zato poskrbi, da boš do takrat imel/a zbrano vso potrebno dokumentacijo: prevedena in overjena potrdila o dosedanjem šolanju, potrdilo o znanju jezika (če potrebno), priporočila profesorjev,…

-    Informiraj se o možnostih za financiranje študija. Pozanimaj se o domačih in tujih štipendijah, posojilih, možnostih študentskega dela,…

-    Pozanimaj se o življenju v državi kamor odhajaš – kje boš živel/a (študentski domovi ali privatno stanovanje), življenjski stroški, zavarovanje, vizumi,…

SRCe: What we do and how we do it

SRCe is an abbreviation for STUDENT RESOURCE CENTER, which was established in 1995 as a part of the »Open society Institute- Slovenija«. From 2000 onwards it works under the International Cooperation Office of the Student Organisation of the University of Ljubljana (ŠOU Ljubljana).
The SRCe center offers individual guidance on studying abroad. The idea is to inform students and other people who are interested in studying abroad about their study options in other countries around the world.

We work on three levels:
·    personal consulting
·    consulting over the phone
·    consulting over the e-mail

We want to enlarge the number of outgoing Slovene students by gathering and passing on information on higher education possibilities worldwide.

We think that spending a part of your studies in a foreign county is an excellent way of self- development.
During our office hours which are held each Wednesday from 9am till 12am and each Friday from 9am till 1pm you can find us on Kersnikova 4 in Ljubljana, or you can reach us by phone. Our number is +386 1 43 80 253.

Furthermore, we also gathered other links such as those to foreign universities, academic departments, scholarships, admission tests, summer schools, language courses, internships, job opportunities and voluntary work.
Our aim is always the same- to be as helpful for the students as possible.
