| Kuri
is one of the founders of Ljubljana hard-core scene, formed by the
existing HC groups in early 80's. He played guitar in bands Stres d.a.,
Depresija and III. kategorija. Under patronage of activists from label
FV, he was co-creating programme in Zgornja Šiška youth center,
designing posters ... Hard Core is a sociocultural phenomenon that left a deep mark in cultural life and whose traces can be found even today. There are two fundamental characteristics of this movement: strong international connections and 'do it yourself' ethics (the authors were also organisers, publishers, DJs, writers, etc.)13 |
