Vhrsti is a graphic designer,
cartoonist and illustrator.
"I studied artistic working of porcelain at the Secondary school of
Ceramic
Art in Karlovy Vary (1993) and majored in Arts at the School of
Education
of the University of West Bohemia in Plzen (1998). I worked with
disabled
children (1998-2000) and since then I have been working in advertising
and
in a school book publishing company. Several pieces of my work have
been
awarded in various writing competitions in the Czech Republic. Only
recently
did I begin to pay closer attention to the genre of comics."
