VCI is a new net.newspaper from Slovenia. It talks about the Net and people that use it. It publishes only very short articles from authors all around the world. Each article is published in its original form and translated into Slovene and English.
Issue -2 had two pages. On August 24th, we expect to publish issue -1 with four, and on September 21st issue zero with eight pages. Issue 1 should be out on October 18th. From then on, VCI plans to come to you biweekly.
VCI is a bulletin of the Ljubljana Cybercafe. The Cybercafe is a joint project between the Open Society Institue Slovenia and the Student Organization of the University in Ljubljana. Right now, the Cybercafe is located at the KUD France Preseren - a culture&arts center in Ljubljana. It is open every day except Sundays and Mondays from 6 PM to midnight.
