The First Slovene NGO Festival

LUPA - a magnifying lens - is an instrument used for enlarging
objects; it brings them closer, makes them clearer and above
all more visible. The first festival of Slovene NGO organizations
has been designed to be just such an instrument: a powerful
tool providing NGOs with an arena to step out of anonymity and
be seen, to look and see what knowledge and regulations will
help them fulfil their mission.
LUPA IS A WEAPON. USE IT!
