Dr. Ahmmed Bahdad(First lesson in golf Dr. Ahmmed had at the opening day of his Dreamland golf court). is one of richest in Egypt, owning also a dozen of factories in 6th of October city .
One of his new projects is "dreamland" residential aria for the rich surrounded by two golf courts, green parks and lakes ...amusement park, tourist aria, hotels...and also luxury apartment buildings with hanging gardens and view on Giza pyramids... He first build his own villa surrounded with parks...
And who would by villa here ? Hisham Vahab (dir. of project) "you just need two or three mio. US $ and house is yours ... but you mast hurry up since there are only few more left..."
