Mr Karma(on the horse ...) lives in Cairo . He has factories in 6.of October where he goes each morning with his Jeep right across the desert to avoid crowd on the road... The reason he build his factories for food conservation is that prices for land close to Cairo or Alexandria is far to big investment ... even for strong international corporations... beside that he does not pay taxes , plus many other things were much easier from the government side when he was building.. When he started, he would never thought to live in 6 of Oct. BUT ....in 10 years time when all infrastructure will be build, and nice residential arias why not ?...probably it will be to expensive at that time to buy a house there... With his family he spend his weekends in his new house build in nubian stile - on the very edge of desert with the view on Sakkari pyramids.
