It is a very hard exercise, when the teacher is whispering and the child needs to repeat. For assistance she has pictures of objects in front of her. Besides group rehabilitation, every child has a half an hour of individual work each day.
SUVAG is a rehabilitation centre for deaf childeren. Childeren who were born deaf, had an operation and an implant was build in their scull and inner ear. With a rehabilitation they learn how to hear and speak. Rehabilitation last between two and four years. Childeren are enrolled in normal school or kindergarten. |
