Kafe galerija Zvono, Sarajevo, 1989

In Pancevo Biennal of Yugoslav Sculpture, 1989,
I met Saša Bukvic, one of participant sculptors at the exhibition.
He invited me to show my work in Sarajevo -
in a caffee gallery, called Zvono.

A small caffee gallery definitely wasn't a place
for showing my, at that time, huge metal sculpture constellations
and I was hesitating for a while, not knowing what to exhibit.
But at the end I decided to accept the invitation -
that seemed a kind of a challange,
it's been promissing new experiences
and finaly giving me a proper excuse for visiting Sarajevo.

So, I finally met Sarajevo.
And the Zvono Gallery
and it's members at the same time,
in 'one package'.

The whole package set deep into my heart
where it and its pieces still (will always)
keep a special place.

This page is set for those, who remember the old Zvono and
intends to grow when I find more materials to add.
Do you poses any information you'd like to add?
