This is a shortened, English version of the Swedish CD-ROM “Fritt Fram”.
When we played hide-and-seek as kids and no one was to hide anymore, we called out, “All clear!” Now we are adults, and the fact that some people are still hiding is no longer a game. It is up to each of us to decide if we want to be open with our orientation, but it is all of our responsibility to create a workplace where everyone can be open. Everyone must call out, “All clear!”
That is what this education is all about.
