Electricity and magnetism is another important field of physics. People have always been awestruck by the phenomenon of lightning. It was not until the 19th and 20th centuries that people began harnessing this power. Soon after, electricity changed much of how the world operated.

Believe it or not, electricity and magnetism are related very closely. This section will describe what electric charge and electricity are and how magnetic fields arise through the movement of electric charge. Also, did you know that light is created by electromagnetic waves?
